3D Video Model of Ukraine Invasion
This WorldView-3 satellite Precision 3D video displays a Russian military convoy in the Kyiv area and gives viewers an understanding of the on-the-ground situation along the road. The convoy is parked along the tree lines, farmland, and fields.
WorldView-3 satellite imagery provides 30cm panchromatic, 1.2m 8-band multispectral, and 3.7m 8-band short wave infrared (SWIR) resolution. The WorldView-3 satellite sensor was licensed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to collect in addition to the standard panchromatic and multispectral bands, eight-band short-wave infrared (SWIR), and 12 CAVIS imagery. The WorldView-3 satellite was successfully launched on August 13, 2014.
